Chop kimchi into small pieces
Rinse and drain water for less-spicy Kimchi
Stir fry kimchi & onion
Add chopped ham and stir-fry well with kimchi
Add a teaspoon of oyster sauce after adding rice
Add scrambled egg and keep stir-frying (depends on how fried you want your rice)
Done. An easy-to-make, healthy, Korean meal.
